Nothing but problems from the day I referred this place to a family member. They will show you a beautiful model, but thats not what you get. Scratched up cabinets, smelly carpets. Virtually No visitor parking, and what spaces they do have are always taken. You can not have family visit or they WILL tow you. They towed me with me standing beside the car. I was visiting family. They must make money off of that. there are dozens of complexes in Jacksonville, do yourself a favor and choose a ...

I just moved in although I have to say , this place is absolutely beautiful. The staff here are extremely helpful and caring. The apts. are gorgeous inside. Crown molding , high ceilings, granite counter tops. You have a place to wash your car, its just easy living. The grounds are kept beautiful and everyone ive met are real welcoming. PEACEFUL.

Carolina Place is an amazing place to live. The units are gorgeous with dark cabinets, crown molding, walk in closets and balconies. They keep the outside looking beautiful as well, along with the pool, volleyball area, and playground. The staff is very friendly, and always eager to help. They're almost always having a special, so you're getting a wonderful apartment for a great price.

Fist the staff is very friendly and truly care about you and your family. The extras that the provide are family friendly. One example is the movie theater located in the club house. The resident pool also includes a splah pad for children not ready to be in the pool. They have community holiday events. This past year they had an egg hunt for all the kids, also a summer pool party with free food, ice cream and a dj. The maintenance department here fixes things fast and explains everything the ...
