Major pest problem!!!
July 15, 2016As a current resident residing at Carolina Village I'm here stating the fact that they have a major mice and roach infestation problem. They do not have professional exterminators that actually resolve the ongoing issue. They will leave bait and sticky traps that leave awful smells in your home. My advice is if you do not want to see mice on your counter tops running through your heating system running around your house. July 12, 2016My fiancé , roommate and myself currently reside here and the process was easy. Great location. Not a big place for crime. Few issues cosmetically but all around great place for young adults who are just out on their own. They also keep you updated on maintenance and issues they are working on. November 20, 2015I needed a place quickly in Atlantic City and I am happy I found Carolina Village. I had hard time getting in touch with people at other places. Their guy actually answered the phone, he was polite, and scheduled a time so I could check the place out. They were awesome when I moved in because they helped me move boxes into my place. They have been super quick getting to the maintenance issue I have had.
