July 7, 2025I’ve lived here for 3 years and overall, it’s been a decent experience. Pros: Office staff are friendly and professional. It’s a family-oriented, pet-friendly community where kids play safely, and neighbors are respectful about noise. The garage is well-maintained to reduce pests. Cameras were added for extra security, and lawn care is consistent. Water is included in rent, and the location is convenient—close to Walmart, groceries, and downtown. Cons: Maintenance staff changes often and repair ...quality varies. Some units need better waterproofing and sealant attention, especially around windows, doors, and baseboards. Management should address tenants with cats damaging blinds, as it doesn’t reflect the community standard. It’s a 3.5-star experience due to maintenance inconsistency and a few unresolved issues, but I’m giving 4 stars for the staff, location, and overall sense of safety and community - with hopes that maintenance concerns are addressed moving forward.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
