Disregarded
January 13, 2021I've been living here since May and nothing has been fixed as promised.I have a hole in my wall that is supposed to be sealed where air conditioner is supposed to be it's too cold for me to sleep in my bedroom, I can clearly see outside. I don't have hot water and my shower broken I've been complaining since I moved in I've talked to several people in the office and nothing has been done to resolve the problem they don't care.Property Manager Responded

Thinking about really moving can’t take how they don’t care anymore
September 17, 2019When I first moved to carriage creek the apartment was beautiful the people was sooo friendly and nice in the front office the maintenance man were like Johnny on the spot. Since then the faces has changed in the office the ladies there are sometimes as I would call it sometimes they don’t want to be bothered like why even come to work. The manager keeps changing idk who it is now maintenance mans are lazy never fix anything and always complain all are old and literally when I say it takes ...forever to someone to come fix something it takes FOREVER something is always broke in your unit or in the building the place has really stop caring apartments are not upgraded some are some are not it’s just a mess they have really big apartments but sometimes I ask is it worth it peace is everything. Last Minute Change
September 3, 2015I was supposed to move into my apart in one week. I called to see if we could see the apartment yet, they told me the man hadn't moved out yet call back tomorrow with an update. Called back the next day they told me the man changed his mind and isn't moving and we have no openings. They should have been checked on that.Review from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015The staff is so nice and dry helpful the buildings are clean its nice and quite and friendly neighbors. More than enough space for parking for u and your guest don't have to worry about finding a park because there is vistors parking.
