Wonderful place to make beautiful memories
April 30, 2024I recently moved to Carriage Crossing Appartments (CCA). The lease office staff is cooperative and made my onboarding process very smooth and as per desired dates even when i was thousands of miles away. Before handing over the keys, they allowed me to inspect the apartment and report any issues/damages/malfunctioning and resoved them immediately. CCA has an in-house support team that is attentive and provides excellent service and support. All issues were addressed with permanent solutions. ...NO TEMPORARY FIXES. All maintenance services were scheduled as per my convenient timing, with minimal turnaround time and up to satisfaction. The Appartments are surrounded by beautiful and well maintained lawns, beautiful flowers like tulips, orchids, roses, and many more with sootheyour eyes and gives mental peace and and attracts varietyof Birds. CCA includes a well maintained club house where many events are organized around the year by CCA Management. I attended the Easter party. The other amenities are well maintained like swimming pool, gym, pool table, mini theater, kitchen etc. There is a kids playing area with well maintained playing equipment like swings, slides, and many more. There is ample reserved covered parking and unreserved uncover parking. The best experience comes with disciplines which CCA Management regulates here and that make it the best residential place. The CCA Management schedules and keeps all common outages well planned and informed to affected Appartments. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with CCA property management. I intend to continue renting from CCA for the remainder of my years. April 24, 2024I've lived here for about six months. The apartments are clean, spacious, and more reasonably priced than anywhere else I found when looking in Boise. Very attentive
April 24, 2024The management is very good with keeping you updated on what's going on with the apartments. If you ever have any issues they are very quick to help and fix the issues. April 24, 2024We love our spacious 3 bedroom apartment! The remodeled complex has beautiful grounds. There’s a pool, hot tub, fitness room and a playground for the littles. The ponds add a quaint touch. There’s even a grocery store across the street giving an added convenience. There’s a lot of parks close by. The office staff has been super accommodating and professional throughout our 2 yr occupancy.
