January 31, 2025The staff have been quite friendly and very helpful! I appreciate their kindness patience! The apartment has some maintenance issues during the walk-through prior to move-in, which I have every confidence will be resolved promptly! January 29, 2025Well the people in the block are quiet and peaceful. But so many maintenance issues that comes up in my own apartment. That I don't like. As a new tenant. I have had so many unpleasant experiences. But as for the building is calm.I also don't like the outward look of the environment I think the structure needs renovation. January 27, 2025Carraige hill is a great community to live in. As a renter I think my neighbors are really respectful and it's no bad tenants in my opinion. I think it's clean and I love the new changes morgan properties recently made. Rent is pretty high amongst other good things.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025It can be very problematic living here but that is common with living in an apartment. However, if you are going to try to implement new policies, you need to follow through with it. The smell of weed lingers in the hallways and will come in through our vents. They claim that there will be consequences if doing so, but most times nothing is done because people are still doing it. The maintenance workers are nasty. We had a maintenance worker come into our apartment and do some work in our ...bathroom and his phone was being blown up. He finally got sick of it and was yelling at another resident on the phone in our apartment. And left our toilet loose from the floor. I haven’t even put in a ticket to get it fixed because I just don’t want to be bothered with the maintenance people here. I don’t feel comfortable with them coming into our apartment and they’re just nasty. If you are looking to live in an apartment, I recommend spending a little extra money and going somewhere nicer.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025Carriage hill has the best amenities, apartments are a nice size. I definitely recommend this complex! They also allow you to use an app called flex which is very helpful and comes with in home washer and dryer.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025My experience has been horrible. Don’t move here. There is poop all over the sidewalk, the common areas aren’t cleaned often. No safety measures, anyone can walk in. No intercom systems.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025When you enter the building you can smell the smoke and sometimes the mail box have trash, maintenance also needs quick response to any issues we have . No dessimated info when there is water interruption.Property Manager Responded

January 11, 2025The apartments are great and spacious for the price. On my actual move in date, there was a whole drama and mix up with my apartment of choice, key was said to be not available and when it eventuallyturned up the apartment was just not ready, which I attributed to poor communication within the team as it was around the new year holidays. I had called twice, days preceding the move in date to confirm move in. It was eventually resolved after almost two hours of back and forth while keeping an ...angry delivery van team waiting! We had to settle for a different apartment in the end. Britney Mercer our leasing agent, was great, patient and helpful all through the leasing process, somebody just lost track of communication while she was off duty around the holidays and refused to own up.Property Manager Responded
