These apartments are cute and the management team here are wonderful. Maintenance is great on time when you need them for something. Only thing is I wish we could of used the pool that was here but unfortunately it was broken and couldn’t be repaired. But other the. That I love it here and I would love to stay and call this home. Thank you GP management!

May 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI recommend secure entrances, changing thermostats and heating system maybe through ComEd. Upgrading windows. Look into grants. No soliciting signs. I will admit the ComEd bills are reasonable. The apartment is decent. People I've talked to also say you pay for all utilities and insurance. People feel that's a lot. Snow plowing does not happen early enough, especially on the weekends. This includes shoveling. I have had to shovel myself out of the parking spot.
