My first time renting since we moved out of our parents home to start a new adventure. These apartments is our new start and it’s been great. These apartments are cute and the management team here are wonderful. Maintenance is great on time when you need them for something. Only thing is I wish we could of used the pool that was here but unfortunately it was broken and couldn’t be repaired. But other the. That I love it here and I would love to stay and call this home. Thank you GP management!

I recommend secure entrances, changing thermostats and heating system maybe through ComEd. Upgrading windows. Look into grants. No soliciting signs. I will admit the ComEd bills are reasonable. The apartment is decent. People I've talked to also say you pay for all utilities and insurance. People feel that's a lot. Snow plowing does not happen early enough, especially on the weekends. This includes shoveling. I have had to shovel myself out of the parking spot.

I would recommend this to friends and I have with a lot of people who I know who are looking for a place to live and they heard about Carriage House Apartments and I told him everything that they have done for me and how the rent is not that bad in the community is great. I would not be surprised to see a couple of my friends live here with me with the next couple years.

Small ac does not cool entire apartment, no bills included, windows do not seem sound proof( train next door). I would only recommend because it is a very nice and calm area.
