Tour failure
March 18, 2025I had a tour scheduled at 10:00 am. Was ready for about 3 days to show up. I had to leave my job at about 9:45 to make it on time. Which I did. I waited for a half hour before I called. They told me no one was coming because I didn’t text or call to confirm at 9:30. While I was working I did receive a call and a text at 9am instructing me to confirm my arrival but it was a completely unexpected instruction in the meetup process a mere hour before the meet up. They should have told me about this ...when they set up my appointment. I was unable to to answer my phone because I was still at work at that time and headed straight there without any previous knowledge that I had to touch base 30 mins prior. I didn’t have time to check my phone and I was not made aware that I needed to be prepared for that over the course of multiple days. So for that I lost time at my job and spend resources for no reason.
