Warning — Carriage Park: Neglect, High Turnover, Ignored Maintenance
December 4, 2025After living at Carriage Park Apartments for five years, I will not be renewing my lease due to ongoing, unresolved maintenance issues and poor management. Multiple requests made since October were ignored or even marked canceled without being addressed, despite repeated promises from the leasing office that maintenance was on the way. My unit currently has serious problems, including stagnant water in the dishwasher causing odor and gnats, broken cabinets, and overall neglect. The property ...itself has deteriorated with filthy hallways, untrimmed landscaping, trash, and dog waste left on the grounds. Despite paying rent on time for years, I was charged unnecessary legal fees, drastically increasing my monthly bill. Since management changed, standards, cleanliness, and accountability have declined significantly. I strongly advise others to research carefully, review posted photos, document everything, and not rely on repeated promises that never turn into action.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

They have new management and they are rude and don’t care about your concerns . They only care about the money !!! . April 10, 2022They're constantly updating the website to say that have many apartments available currently but they don't have anything available for months. There will be good communication all up until you give them the non refundable holding fee, from then on you can expect to be completely ignored and the only way you can get any sort of information is if you go in, but there's a good chance no one will be there. August 17, 2020WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Haven’t had air all summer they keep saying it will be fixed. Finally they put some raggedy portable unit in my BEDROOM as if that’s the only place that needs air. My tub leaked, fridge leaked and got hot twice lost food TWICE they gave me one out of someone apartment who just moved. Place is just not good man. Management has switched twice since I moved in here in March. Before I even moved in the office staff was terrible I should have known then. July 31, 2019I have been here a month now. This was the worst decision ever.! Office team has changed incorrect information sent out. Online payment does not work which forces you to get a money order. Not to mention I haven't had anyone come and work on the things I've had an issue with on my move-in checklist. Avoid this place at all costs
June 25, 2019You have no control over your own heat or ac in your home. Our ac has been broken since last summer and they are just now looking into it, keep in mind its june 26th now, middle of summer.
