The community is lively in summer. The playing area is filled with kids. It has gym facility also. The maintenance team is bit slow, it almost took a month to get a plumbing issue b resolved.

Good location. Pretty old apartments with very basic facilities. Expect power outages or elevator not working for months. Reminder- Elevator is not part of your lease that day and won’t fix it. But they are very considerate to offer a pizza for the inconvenience of walking stairs to 7 storey building for months.

Building management does not prioritize the necessary things that need to be taken care of nor does she worry about the safety and security of the buildings also, all the parked vehicles taken up Good spots that have no license plate plates and expired inspection stickers. This is just a few of the problems here.
