I've been living in this community for several months and overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The leasing office staff are friendly, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth. The apartment itself is well-designed with good natural lighting and modern finishes. I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the respectful neighbors. That said, there have been a few minor hiccups with ...
maintenance—sometimes it takes a couple of follow-ups to get things fixed, and the response time could be quicker. Also, parking can get a bit tight in the evenings. Overall, I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, especially if you value a quiet, safe environment.

The place is pretty nice, and normal tasks like paying rent and renewing the lease are made pretty convenient, but it is sometimes a struggle to get issues resolved with maintenance tickets.

We like the location. Staff is not the best when it comes to getting things done and can be rude. Noise from neighbors is loud, and can hear Manchester traffic.

Like living here. It is nice, quite and peaceful. It has good clubhouse for social gathering and nice walkways for evening walks. It is also close to shopping and quite a few food places

Staff are helpful, Maintenance requests are easy to fill out online and are completed quickly. Could use a gym upgrade but the apartments are lovely

Marci was the best to work with! She explained everything and answered all my questions some of them twice. The move in was a breeze. The apartment was in great condition and nothing needed maintenance attention! The complex is clean and quiet. I also like how pet friendly it is! Moving to Carriage Place is definitely a win for me!!’

Carriage Place is a nice place to live. It is a good location. Fairly quiet but near everything. Definitely needs some upgrades and improvements but overall a nice place.

Love living here spacious convent and peaceful place to live. Fast response to any problems. Clean and attractive apartment building Neighbors are quiet and watch out for each other. You can get packages delivered and no one will steal them. Staff is helpful and friendly. Convient to grocery stores and churches. Safe area with police close by. Wildwood is quaint and well kept Restaurants are co plentiful and delicious Wildwood has a city celebration each fall which is fun and ...
