Need more professional customer service representatives

Called to find out the cost for their apartments as the exact amount is not listed. Had a few questions about the requirements and the utilities included (if any) and the customer service representative was so rude and unprofessional by telling me everything was listed on the website and I could find the information there instead of asking him. Now if the information I needed was on the website I wouldn’t have to call and ask. I won’t even bother to apply for their apartment.

I found the size of the apartments and the fact they allow you to have pets very appealing so I moved in. Didn't take me long to learn that the place is dirty and the staff is very unfriendly. You would think if your job is to deal with people, you would at the very least be a people person. Needless to say we finally got out of there and they took our security deposit and charged us with prices they made up and werent on the initial charge form they gave us. If you don't like the smell of mold, ...

I live there for a year before buying my house and I've been in several apartments and this is one of the best ones I've ever lived in. Debbie in the office is very nice and very helpful and all the maintenance guys are very friendly. The apartments are very big and spacious and very clean the complex is well-maintained and the neighbors are very friendly . I moved here in 2001 and I planned on staying one year but 15 years later I'm still here ! The location has an excellent property manager & maintenance team that treat your home as if it was their own ! This is not an apartment complex - but a community. Where you can have pets with no weight or bread restrictions - all carriage run asks is to curb your pets and keep on a leash with no ridiculous deposit or fees to have your furry family memeber live with you in a safe environment !

I have been living at Carriage Run for 5 years and enjoy this being my home, apts are spacious, and clean, lots of closet space. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and always very helpful. Pets are welcome including large breed dogs. Neighbors are friendly, and always helpful, nice sense of community. I enjoy living here and have no plans of leaving. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The apartment is 1050 sq feet. Eat in Kitchen, completely remodel kitchen and bathroom.. I have a dinner room which house my desk computer dinner room table. The bedroom is large two closets one is a walk in. Penty of storage space and also a storage unit on site if you needed one. The pool is great chairs and table supply\ied, and a life guard on duty. Each section of the bldg you share a court yard with penty of room. Best of all their do allow pets, for a fee.

Very friendly neighbors. Dogs are allowed, even large dogs! Very well maintained. The apartments and townhouses are beautiful and large floorplans. Lots of space. I lived in a one bedroom apartment for 4 years and now just currently switched to their two bedroom townhouse. I LOVE IT! Highly recommend Carriage Run. Excellent place!!! A

Carriage Run is one of the few places that allow all size dogs & don't rip you off with pet deposits. The apartments are the biggest I have seen & seem to be well maintained. Neighbors are VERY friendly. I have lived here almost a year & LOVE it.
