Nice apts. /crime?
September 27, 2024My daughter just signed an agreement. We went to look at the apt. to get measurements and saw a drug deal go down 40 feet from her window. Saw people there before but didn't think anything of it. Will be reporting it. I'm now concerned for her safety. I was assured it was safe. I think NOT!Review from Apartments.com

Seems like a Great Place!
November 29, 2014I visited Carriage Works about 2 months ago. I didn't have any expectations, but I must say that the quality and modern design of the place was GREAT! I am looking at several places to move in by the end of January 2015 and so far I haven't seen ANY that I like better than Carriage Works!! I'm leaning heavily towards applying to live their within the coming month. The size, amenities, price are WELL worth it!!! August 13, 2013i applied for an aeratorst and i wasn't approved the woman never bother to notify me. I had to follow up after i didn't hear anything the chick acted like i offended her because i called to find out if i was approved but they'll accept the section 8 money they know they will get that rent paid instead of who works hard and appreiciates what they have they could use a washer and dryer in the apartments and French doors or side by side refrigerators \Review from Apartments.com
Great and friendly neighbors
November 12, 2014I actually viewed and currently reside here!!! Great community setting with a community lounge where neighbors can meet each other. Secure building with great up keep from maintenance. Nice playground area with the turf so your kids may fall but they won't hurt themselves!!! Nice tall windows and high ceilings nice hardwood floors!!! Love the community feeling!!! Also great office staff....very helpful in anyway that they can!!!! Limited Experience In Housing Rental Industry
April 25, 2013No security; Children uncontrolled; Pick & choose what they want to enforce; Not clear what's in lease because they don't give you one. Do not process rent checks in a timely manner. Always giving out rent penalty notices because they don't process them on time. Leave personal notes on doors instead of mailbox. Change the staff and maybe these things will get fixed.
