great place for over 55
August 15, 2015living here for over 2 yrs , I find the front office and maintenance staff to be excellent. It is close to shopping and a senior center. Noise level outside is minimal except when the delivery trucks for the grocery store next door arrive at 4 AM. Inside you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking around, but you get used to it. Large bedrooms and great kitchen.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
June 24, 2013We came to Solon in October to eat at one of our favorite restaurants. As we drove up Rt. 43 to visit the nearby discount store, the traffic slowed and we saw the 55+ community sign. I turned into the driveway with the idea of picking up a book with some information that we could use in the future. The leasing manager asked if we would like to see a couple of apartments to see what we thought. After checking out two different apartments, we looked at each other and said . . . . "This is too good ...to be true!" We moved in three weeks later! We couldn't be happier. The staff is great and the people living here are really friendly. We've just been here a few months and already are enjoying more of a "neighborhood" spirit than we had for the 39 years in our previous home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
