Attentive, Peaceful, Cozy Home
March 3, 2026I have had great experiences since moving into Carrington Lane in May of 2025. I had previously lived in this complex when it was under a different management and a different name. The new management pays attention to its residents. The ladies in the office are kind and resolve issues immediately when notified. All maintenance staff make themselves available to assist with anything, even if they see you in the parking lot and you let them know you need help. The property is cared for as well. If ...you have a family and children, there are CONSTANT activities going on each month that are showcased via electronic newsletter and texts. Overall, I would recommend Carrington Lane. Black Mold, leaking roofs
April 27, 2024This place is nasty!!!! Do not believe the over edited photos on the website. The units are riddled with black mold, roofs constantly leak, poorly maintained, and they absolutely stink. Some maintenance guys do not care. Just slap paint over it and call it a day. This complex should be shut down for health violationsProperty Manager Responded

Best place to call Home!
April 5, 2024Carrington Lane is in a prime location in Ocala! it is so easy to get from one side of town to the other, just minutes from downtown Ocala! I love how established the community feels with all of the lush trees and landscape. The new pool renovations are just lovely and I really enjoy lounging in the hammocks on the pool deck. Friendly and Comfortable Community

The staff do a great job at creating a community at Carrington by hosting numerous social events for residents and keeping the property clean and personable. Happy Resident
October 4, 2019I recently moved to Carrington Lane and I couldn't be happier. My apartment was perfect, everything I was looking for. The thoughtfulness of Lindsey, leaving me, my beyond adorable move-in gift was so sweet. She knows after a long weekend off moving (by myself) a glass of wine would be just want the doc ordered. Rebecca was very accommodating as well and so sweet. Super convenient location with shopping nearby and cool parks right around the corner. So happy with this move! Simply the best!
June 25, 2018I currently live in Carrington Lane with my wife and two small children. In my opinion this is the best apartment complex in Ocala. It is located very close to many grocery store choices (Publix, Aldi, Earth Fare, Target, two 24/7 Walmarts, etc). Super close to two major hospitals (Ocala Regional and Monroe Regional).The staff are some of the most helpful and polite people I've ever met. They always handle requests in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced (Jayson and ...everyone else). The grounds are kept clean and are constantly being maintained and upgraded. Any repairs were always done in a timely and professional manner. They are super friendly, and anytime there is any kind of issue they are there to help. Management does a great job of creating events to bring the community together and fostering an enjoyable living environment (Rebecca, Lindsay and Alana are simply awesome). Pool parties, or some other activity almost every month for the residents to get together. The playground is great for younger kids, and the pool is beautiful and always well cared for. The community is super family friendly, peaceful, and clean. We also greatly enjoy how many green areas with mature trees there are inside the community; but you have to see it to understand. Words don't do it justice. We also love how pet friendly they are. If you have big dogs like we do, you'll fit right in. The community also has a dog park, and throughout the community you'll find numerous clean up bag and waste stations. They even have treats for the dogs at the office! There's some much more; but this review is already very long. If you are looking to rent in Ocala you HAVE to look at Carrington Lane!Property Manager Responded

June 7, 2017Horrible, horrible. We made the mistake of signing a short term lease while we closed on our home. Unprofessional and rude staff. Poorly constructed: you can hear everything your neighbor does. Teenagers partying all night next door, clearly involved in illicit activities (parents must have leased the apt- we were seriously vetted for approval), mystery charges on final bill. Parking is a challenge. If you are a professional looking for an apartment, there are much better facilities in Ocala.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2015We have a lovely 2nd story apartment. It is like living in a tree house. It is very quiet where we live and we have a nice little community garden. I have 2 plots and plant two for friends. We share. We have been here 10 years but the rent is getting so high that we can't afford to stay here. that saddens both my daughter and me. I am getting pretty old---84---so the prospect of moving again isn't all that exciting. Just one more of life's challenges.Property Manager Responded
