I currently live in Carrington Lane with my wife and two small children. In my opinion this is the best apartment complex in Ocala. It is located very close to many grocery store choices (Publix, Aldi, Earth Fare, Target, two 24/7 Walmarts, etc). Super close to two major hospitals (Ocala Regional and Monroe Regional).The staff are some of the most helpful and polite people I've ever met. They always handle requests in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced (Jayson and
...everyone else). The grounds are kept clean and are constantly being maintained and upgraded. Any repairs were always done in a timely and professional manner. They are super friendly, and anytime there is any kind of issue they are there to help. Management does a great job of creating events to bring the community together and fostering an enjoyable living environment (Rebecca, Lindsay and Alana are simply awesome). Pool parties, or some other activity almost every month for the residents to get together. The playground is great for younger kids, and the pool is beautiful and always well cared for. The community is super family friendly, peaceful, and clean. We also greatly enjoy how many green areas with mature trees there are inside the community; but you have to see it to understand. Words don't do it justice.
We also love how pet friendly they are. If you have big dogs like we do, you'll fit right in. The community also has a dog park, and throughout the community you'll find numerous clean up bag and waste stations. They even have treats for the dogs at the office!
There's some much more; but this review is already very long. If you are looking to rent in Ocala you HAVE to look at Carrington Lane!
