Awesome staff/awesome maintenance team!
January 15, 2023This will be my 6th leasing year here at Carrington Park Apartment Homes. The office staff/maintenance staff has been so wonderful from day one. I feel at home, safe and secure. Being in a gated community and having the garage puts me at ease. I wish there were four bedrooms! Most of the residents have extra security with our Ring systems. If I could live here forever I would, but I have to give others the opportunity to enjoy easy and secure living! Thank you Carrington Park for this great space ...to live!Property Manager Responded

Maintenance Issues
September 21, 2020I moved into Carrington Park apartments October of last year and was really excited to move somewhere that included most amenities, had a garage and felt safe! I can definitely say the apartment has met my expectations in that aspect however I moved into a unit with air condition issues. I have placed multiple maintenance request involving my air condition; There were even times the temperature in my apartment would reach 80 degrees because the air would completely stop working. The maintenance ...request were addressed and temporarily fixed however I knew that the same issue would occur time and time again, just like tonight. I emailed the apartment asking them to help resolve the issue permanently with no reply. I called someone in the main office and spoke to someone who “acted” like they were concerned and advised me that she would get a quote on a new unit and follow-up with me about an outcome to ensure I was comfortable until my move out date. I have yet to hear back from her and I’m still having the same issues! All I can say is thank God it’s turning into FALL & I have about a month left! Goodbye to a unit with no air and goodbye to my high bill due to these issues. Coincidently today I went into the office about another issue and overheard the leasing agent speaking to the person who was seeking to lease my unit! Sir, if you are researching and see this review and it was you, please ensure they get you a new air condition unit because although you might be ok for Fall/Winter, you will suffer through the Summer like I did & I don’t wish this on anyone.Property Manager Responded

Great Staff
June 17, 2019Carrington Park is a great place to live, whether you are single or a family. Management is great and very efficient. New granite counter tops and hard word floors are being put in all the apartments. Very affordable also with garages attached to each separate apartment.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Apartment Living
June 12, 2019The apartment is in great condition. Walking distance from supermarkets for essentials and nice restaurants. I am truly getting a charge out of the employees here because they are in all respects well-disposed/sensible, and they call to check if everything is acceptable for you, particularly after a support demand. I cherish taking my pooch on a walk, and I truly appreciate the canine park here. On an alternate note, at whatever point my significant other and I have had an upkeep demand, they ...have been exceptionally instant about fixing the issue, and they are excellent about inquiring in with you about the circumstance. Great Place To Live
January 18, 2018I am really enjoying the new management here. The front office is very friendly/down to earth, and they call to check if everything is satisfactory for you, especially after a maintenance request. I have not been able to make it to any events they have hosted, but they are always throwing community events for holidays and such. In addition, they seem to genuinely care for your fur babies, and there is a nice serene atmosphere for residents and your pets. I love taking my dog on a walk, and I ...really enjoy the dog park here. On a different note, whenever my husband and I have had a maintenance request, they have been very prompt about fixing the issue, and they are very good about checking back in with you about the situation. And lastly, we love the trash valet service and the attached garages to the unit so that it feels more homely! All in all, my husband and I really enjoy living here.
