Seems pretty good

TRANQUILITY
March 31, 2021The scenery is absolutely beautiful. My apartment is on the second floor with trees cascading in front of my living room window and deck. This renovated apartment is perfect for what I need at the moment. The amenities are on point. My neighbors are respectful and quiet. A Great Community for you and your family
March 11, 2020This community is very quiet and clean. The apartments are very spacious and it has up to date appliance. The office staff is very friendly and they always make you feel like you are apart of their community. This a great place for you and your family to live in if you are in the Jonesboro area. Misleading
March 13, 2019The process was great at the beginning but guess they wanted that application fee payment. I was told lies about how everything was perfect and they would work with me but come to find out I wasn't even qualified which definitely is a lie. All they really wanted was the $60 application fee just to get some money. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anybody. SAVE THE HEADACHE. I told her my and how I wanted to wait a month since I just switched jobs and she Janet insured me multiple ...times that it was okay. It's really upsetting and a waste of time. I should've went at my own pace and waited until I had all my documents in order. Don't let their reassurance fool you. I ended up with a better apartment with larger space for the same price. Horrrrrrible Staffing
August 31, 2018The process was stressful from the beginning to even get accepted. We were told false lies about how we would be accepted, but then come to find out we weren’t even able to qualify. All they really wanted was the $60 application fee just to get some money. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anybody. SAVE THE HEADACHE. This complex needs new management!!! Even the manager is conniving. Danielle is the worst! We told her our situation and asked her multiple times is it okay.. she said ...yes then come to find out it wasn’t. March 10, 2018Jessica was so nice and generous to us after our stay at the time we didn’t have a vehicle to go see the apartment since it was in the back and she used her own personal car and took us in the back and she seen it was about to rain and she let us stay in. She was super nice and even gave us directions to the local publix. Do not move here
December 16, 2017I have been here a year and cant wait to get out of here!!! They don't come and fix anything they don't make sure pet control comes every 3 months the gate is always broke!! When u go ask for them to do things at the office they are rude and most of the time forget to put in your work order! The trash area is always a mess! Moving here was a big mistake I wish I could have got out of it before my year was up!!!Review from Apartments.com
Great Community, but horrible staff
November 29, 2017The community is great so far and I love my apartment, but the management is horrible. They are lazy and when you need something done in your apartment they’ll say they put an order in, but sometimes they don’t. No one should have to keep calling in order to get things done. Sometimes the gate breaks and it could be weeks before its fix, and also the when trash compactor breaks trash pile up and isn’t fixed in a timely manner.
