Rosa was amazing! She gave me a tour of the property, she answered all my questions I had in mind, she was very knowledgeable about the property and around the areas she recommended. Property’s beautiful and the apartment she took me to see was amazing. Highly recommend to visit !

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! We were told it was an 8 month lease and it was not. Even though we signed the contract stating it was an 8 month lease they changed it to 13 months without us even knowing about it. Now we are stuck having to pay for 13 months instead of 8 months like agreed upon. We chose the 8 month option, because we were having a house built. Now we are stuck with a mortgage payment and a house payment. Also, the apartment itself is not very nice for the price and the amenities are ...

I have lived here for three years now. I was disappointed that they increased my rent $145 more a month. I have never experienced such a high increase. I still need my microwave replaced and the garbage disposal.
