October 10, 2025The roaches' are so bad here you can't cook without watching over everything. Maintenance is horrible and management takes forever to respond to your request. Then when they do they do the bare minimum. Highly recommend NOT moving hereReview from Apartments.com

roach infested complex
September 23, 2022Been here 3 years and no upgrades have been done on the units . The kitchen hasnt been upgraded since the 90s . White appliances and old brown wooden cabinets with no knobs on them. The wood is so old its deteriorating. Roaches are a problem no matter how clean you keep you apartment . I wil not be renewing againProperty Manager Responded

Has Gone Down/Think Twice
September 20, 2018Lived her for 4 years and at first it was nice and pleasant. Over the last year it has been a nightmare. Maintenance is lazy and takes forever to fix anything. The office staff is horrible. None of them is even remotely aware of what's really going on. The office Manager Misty is a joke. The only time the office staff do anything about s when rents due. They make any and everything inconvenient to the tenants that are working and keeping things clean. They are now letting anyone move in just ...to say they are meeting their rental quotas. I cannot any longer endure this place. Not renewing anymore. Will be moving out. Rather pay a little more in rent for a better living experience.Property Manager Responded
