If u don’t care about possible mold or water damage this is the place for you. I haven’t been living here for more than a week and the ceiling is falling in and actively leaking water and i was told to “wait for the ac unit to thaw out” and then they can try to repair it. The maintenance staff is unprofessional and untrained all around. Apparently this is not an emergency to them because when i called the emergency line there was no answer and when i went to the leasing office as soon as they ...
opened today and told them about my issue they told me they would “come as soon as possible” i never saw anyone until 4 or 5 pm which a couple hours before they closed. And all the “maintenance” man did was look at the ceiling and go upstairs and never come back. The leasing office is no help like i said we were told to let our ceiling just continue to drip and break down. This doesn’t seem like a place that puts their tenants safety concerns first. I’m sure if it was about money or rent being paid they’d have a faster response time. Overall though don’t live here if they won’t come and fix something as serious as water damage i can only imagine what else they just dont care enough to fix in a timely manner.

The roaches' are so bad here you can't cook without watching over everything.
Maintenance is horrible and management takes forever to respond to your request. Then when they do they do the bare minimum. Highly recommend NOT moving here

Been here 3 years and no upgrades have been done on the units . The kitchen hasnt been upgraded since the 90s . White appliances and old brown wooden cabinets with no knobs on them. The wood is so old its deteriorating. Roaches are a problem no matter how clean you keep you apartment . I wil not be renewing again

Lived her for 4 years and at first it was nice and pleasant. Over the last year it has been a nightmare. Maintenance is lazy and takes forever to fix anything. The office staff is horrible. None of them is even remotely aware of what's really going on. The office Manager Misty is a joke. The only time the office staff do anything about s when rents due. They make any and everything inconvenient to the tenants that are working and keeping things clean. They are now letting anyone move in just ...
