I set an appointment for Wednesday. Came up there. They said rudely they had no appointments. I showed them my confirmation email. the lady said she didn’t care. That if I wanted I could come back next Wednesday. I came back next Wednesday same thing. The grass was super high, super rude employees, unprofessional scheduling. Do not waste your money on the application fee

YIKES. After scheduling a tour to see an apartment here, we received multiple confirmation emails and made the one and a half hour drive to see an "available" unit. No one showed up to give the tour. No one called. No one texted. They show availability online, and it's possible to apply for an apartment through their site. Very glad we didn't apply straight away because I'm afraid they would have taken the application fee and never reached out. Seems this place and the management company that ...

This place is awesome--affordable, clean, quiet, good neighbors, gorgeous trees, pet-friendly , and helpful staff (Jennifer and Cliff). Carrington Woods Apts. are five minutes from downtown, GMC and GA College, five minutes from Hatcher Square Mall, and ten to fifteen minutes from Lake Sinclair. I live in the older brick building with so much closet space I ditched my $70/ month storage unit! My Chihuahua Mitzi and I enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets on our back birdwatcher balcony while ...

We like our apartment at Carrington Woods very much! It's comfortable with a nice-sized bathroom and great closet space. Excellent location, close to downtown and the lake area & grocery stores. We love that it's pet friendly!

Carrington Woods apartments does not live up to its end of the contract whenever something breaks it takes the maintenance people forever to fix things and the rent is a bit pricey for stuff that never works.
