March 10, 2025I’ve been here for a little over a year and all I can say is I LOVE IT!!! As far as my building go we have no problems over here at all! Maintenance always come and never any issues. We may experience power outages here and there but the complex will inform you sometimes. The gym equipment needs to be fixed or maybe new equipment. We need more dumpsters because only having 1 is a problem but valet service do come everyday to pickup the trash. My experience
May 29, 2024To start off, the staff were great in the beginning when I asked about the property and renting. The place overall looked nice and the rooms were affordable. On the very first day of sleeping here, my car’s wheels and tires were stolen. When I first noticed it, I went straight to the front office to ask questions and to see they had surveillance. At first they seemed worried but no action was taken on their end. I asked for their help to see the cameras but they said they are only allowed to ...share with the police. I called made and report with the police and insurance. 2 and half hours later, I asked if they were able to locate or find anything but they did not help or bother to check at all. This is not professional as they left their gates open for anyone to come in, they can at-least try to help a new tenent that JUST signed.Property Manager Responded
