I have been living in Carrollton for a year now and I have had a great experience. I feel safe in the community, the leasing office does a great job with responding during office hours. If you email the leasing manager Abigail over the weekend she does a great job at responding with a timely manner. The maintenance staff does a great job at resolving the issue within a few days sometime the same day. While I've been here I've had a great experience.

The neighborhood is peaceful, and we appreciate that the management organizes occasional events for residents and children, which helps create a nice sense of community. I’ve been a resident of Carrollton Village for about 13 years now, ever since I left the nest and made Bridgeton my home. My oldest daughter started first grade here in Bridgeton, and she is now a senior in high school so Carrollton Village has truly been a part of a huge chapter of our lives.
Over the years, I’ve seen residents come and go, and I’ve seen different management teams come and go as well. One thing I can say is that Abigail and her team have been incredibly consistent and have done ...
a wonderful job. They are responsive, attentive, and genuinely make an effort to create a welcoming community.
I especially love the different themes, activities, and events they put together for the residents. It’s those little touches that make a place feel like more than just an apartment it makes it feel like a home.
Whenever I’ve needed something, the staff has always been quick to respond, whether I call the office or reach out for assistance. They are friendly, professional, and truly care about the residents.
After being here for so many years, I can honestly say Carrollton Village has been home to me and my family for a long time, and I’m grateful for the memories we’ve made here.

I’ve had a really great experience living here! The property is always well maintained, and I really appreciate how much effort is put into keeping the grounds, lawns, and common areas looking clean and nice. The apartment hallways are also regularly cleaned and maintained, which makes a big difference.
The leasing office staff is amazing! The ladies are always friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to assist whenever I have a question or concern. Maintenance is another big plus. Whenever I ...
