Very unprofessional!
August 4, 2023I applied for this apartment complex 2 and a half weeks ago and still haven’t heard a decision on my application. I have called multiple times a week and have been told that their manager has to review my application further. I have never had to go through so much just to apply for a apartment. I highly don’t recommend this complex! They will take your money for the application fee and give you the run around on if your being approved or not. Don’t do it!Property Manager Responded

BEWARE
November 19, 2018I am a current tenant...units are old and outdated. Be prepared for your utilities to go up as the units are drafty....not energy efficient AT ALL....I spent 2 months in the summer with no working air.....recently spent 10 with no hot water. Water damage from leaks..... incompetent management and staff.... everyone blames others for why problems aren't being addressed. I could go on and on....all I can say that it is not worth the $$$$.... You can get a much better place for the same or a little ...bit more money in a nicer area.... BEWAREProperty Manager Responded

Do NOT say you weren't warned
August 23, 2018I am 1 of 3 that have recently moved out from the same building on the townhouse side. Things are not replaced and barely get fixed, you will not receive any communication from office staff, they will actually turn off the emergency line to prevent being contacted over the weekend and maintenance is a joke. Things were bad when they were under Carrollton Village and to the residents there was no way it could get worse....WRONG! Broad Management is a disgrace.Review from Apartments.com
AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE AND PLAY
December 1, 2016Carrollton Village Apartments has been an awesome place for me and my family. The apartments are very spacious and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and the office staff are always super nice and helpful. I have lived here for 5 years and have no desire to move.
