Great place to live!
May 2, 2022The apartments are laid out well and don’t feel cramped or crowded. Management is easy to work with and maintenance will be at your door within an hour sometimes when you put in a request. Pet friendly and no pet rent which is a plus. I recommend this place to anyone. My 3bed 2bath apartment is up for grabs May 18th!Review from Apartments.com

December 2, 2021BEWARE!!!!!! Worst apartments I’ve ever been to. The place is fifthly, trash litters the complex streets and under the building stairways. They use the extremely low grade materials that scratch easily. I had luke warm water in my shower until management fixed it, which took multiple attempts and multiple appointments of multiple people coming into the apartment. Management's staff indicate Eric, apt manager, is never available by phone and is "busy", but call back a couple times and he will ...answer right away. Is she lieing? December 6, 2016I love the staff they are always friendly and helpful. The owner Pepper treats everyone like her own family, she's always planning fun things for the tenants and their families to do which you don't see that in other places. The location is very convenient and most importantly the place is always clean. This place is excellent for your animal lovers they're super pet friendly.They have a pool, BBQ pits, play ground, dog parks, laundry on site and many more amenities for you to enjoy. August 19, 2015This is the perfect place to live if you are an animal lover, we are pet friendly, have two dog parks, and a bathing station for the dogs. Our manager, Pepper, celebrates holidays with barbques and carnival games for the kids. She created a gargen area for us this year so we are growing fresh vegetables. And there is now a "People Park" with grass and bbq pits and tables. We have over 150 units and we are like one big happy family.Review from Apartments.com
