Rude and bad management
July 7, 2020I called at least 4 time and i finally got an answer. i was able to ask the man one question then he hung up on me. when I wasn't even done asking question. We will not be considering this place anymore.Property Manager Responded

Trash Heap and Rats Dean
February 9, 2020I would not move here even if you were the last place in the world. There is a reason it is "Birmingham's Most Affordable". The place is a dump. This place make a shack in the gutters look like a mansion. Avoid this place like the plague. If you go there don't get out or you will have to take a bath.Review from Apartments.com
