Good place to live. Staff is courteous. Maintenance is swift. Sometimes it takes a couple of follow-ups for complex issues/frictions, but leasing office always comes through. Neighborhood is nice, but there are exceptions (like ding-ding-ditch and naughty kids scratching car lift-gates). Hopefully this fixes itself before calling authorities. Overall, tbh, my family loves this place.
