September 7, 2025Spacious apartments, professional leasing office stuff. Deducted one star because of freaking ant armies, occasional cockroaches from the apartment below, creaking floor boards inside apartment, people hustling on the floor above and occasional water and dirt drippings from balcony above.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025I've really enjoyed living at Cary Greens at Preston. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the landscaping always looks great. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The leasing office staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to questions. My apartment is modern and comfortable, and I appreciate the upgraded appliances and in-unit washer/dryer. Parking can ...occasionally be a bit tight, but overall, it’s a great place to live. September 1, 2025Good place to stay, all restaurants, grocery all near and walking distance . Management people are very responsible and quick responding for any issues. Only issue with this community is park , there is no place to play for kids.Property Manager Responded
