January 22, 2026I don't want to do the Duke energy upgrades, my upstairs neighbors are super loud, and the gym sucks. There's no where to sit outside. Balcony is nice and natural lighting is okay.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026The gym doesn't seem to be maintained at all and the property management company has weird rules that the actual people working here have to follow and enforce on residents. Maintenance always responds quickly to problems, although the resolution is not always satisfactory.Review from Apartments.com

December 21, 2025Maintenance is so good and very quick and responsive. I see only one major issue is kids play area . The existing one too dirty and not good. Looks play area is not clean.Property Manager Responded
