January 22, 2026I don't want to do the Duke energy upgrades, my upstairs neighbors are super loud, and the gym sucks. There's no where to sit outside. Balcony is nice and natural lighting is okay.Review from Apartments.com

December 21, 2025Maintenance is so good and very quick and responsive. I see only one major issue is kids play area . The existing one too dirty and not good. Looks play area is not clean.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2025Good experience so far. But too many cockroaches. We keep our apartment super-tidy; God knows from where are they getting in. In last 1 week we had taken care of 6 cockroaches (and I took images as pest control suggested).Property Manager Responded

In our area, it’s common to see tree-dwelling palmetto bugs, which are outdoor insects that can occasionally make their way indoors despite clean living conditions.
