I have just renewed my lease after being at Casa Aldea for a year. I can promise you, I am as picky as they come and I cannot find a single thing to complain about!
The leasing agent (Marcia) The activities director (Kelly) and the entire staff for maintenance is amazing. I love my unit so much, but I was worried being in SD that the lease rate would go way up. It went up some, but didn't everything? I have the perfect, private unit and my neighbors are gracious and so quiet. I still work ...
full-time, so I am not able to do all the activities, but they have so many and look like fun! Someday! There is always a wait list to get into Casa Aldea, and I know why. It is perfect!!! Shawn
