For the value, the apartments are great. I live with my husband and son here. We have been tenants for 5 years. Very responsive manager.

Forest ave is a good apartment complex very affordable & nice room sizes. Cool environment with a very spacious kitchen to whip up something delicious. Spacious living room with a nice view of the outside very nice neighborhood.
