Management will do whatever they can to avoid helping tenants. They do not answer phones or emails during office hours. Incredibly frustrating. Occasionally lose rent checks. Maintenance and Grounds are what keeps this place going.

They have a great staff, pretty quiet friendly neighbors, three bathrooms are pretty spacious my unit was semi-remodeled except for the stove that was used I haven't had any problems I have lived here for seven months they keep it pretty clean where I am.

Living here for a year, neighbor just move in with seem like 50 kids I live down stairs and they stay above, everyday around 5:00 pm until 11:30 at nite none stop stomping, ball bouncing, loud noise and everything else. been trying to move to a up stairs but no luck. Been living here for 1 1/2 years. At first things were not good. Loud neighbors, roaches, rude staff but they have recently cleaned up. Outdoors are maintained well, hardly any roaches, friendly staff. Unfortunately, our apartment is in desperate need of an upgrade. I think that the apartments are pretty descent i just feel like it is so active at night time even with security and a security gate it feels unsafe with all the people so active at night as well as so much police activity ambulance helicopters fire trucks if something could be done about that it would be a lot better of a place

I love living at the casa bellas... I love my spacious 3bedroom 2bath for the LOW!!! ? I couldn't ask for much more! The staff in the office always greets me when I come in to their office and out on the property. Any time I have an issue they resolve it within a few hours. I've never had an issue with any neighbor everybody stays to their selves; The pool is lovely during the summer and the after school program is a blessing! These apartments have good and bad sides to it, some of the pros include having low rent, multiple bathrooms, and easy access to the center of Victorville. However it can get rowdy at night, had a shooting in the parking lot a couple months ago, and seeing management can be difficult at times. The office is supposed to be open until 5pm daily and there have been numerous times that I have gone early in the day and the office is closed for "training."
