January 13, 2020This property is under new management and owned by a new owner. Lots has changed since this post. We no longer have community LDRM. Every apartment has it's own W/D. Our pool is beautiful. Our current service provider is doing a great job. The landscaping is A . See picture on our page. This community has turned around quickly do to actions taken by the owner and management team. Please fell free to stop by and see for yourself.

Living Corsicana Apt homes
July 30, 2015I have lived in Seminole my whole life. I was living in my own home for over 25 years, then I sold it in 2014. I searched all over for an apartment that was like living in a single family home. I found Casacorsicana, every unit had been remodeled and at the time, they were still making improvements to the outside. Its been almost a year now, and I enjoy living here so much, I am renewing for another year! I have never heard my neighbors and the complex is a one story villa type living. The best ...part was moving into a completely new villa, I even have an inside laundry room! The leasing staff gets back to me immediately if I call. I was unsure about renting until I found Casacorsicana, now I feel free and have no worries if anything happens like ac or appliance,etc. Also, it's nice having only 53 units, you get to know your neighbors and can have barbeques in the courtyards, sit by the fire pit in winter. I can't say enough about living here, it's so nice and love to look out my front big window and see the beautiful landscaping they always keep up and even have added new plants-if you like Seminole(especially if you need Bauder elem, and the middle and high schools) cross your fingers, and try to get a villa right off of 125th St, and Park Blvd. Its just like a home,but without the hassle of maintainence-like a forever vacation!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
