October 31, 2024We moved in a year ago February and love it. The people are so very friendly here as is all of the staff. Our apartments are very nice, the food and service is 99% good, maintenance is great. Not much negative points. I do wish, though, that there was more decoration throughout the different lobbies. There are chairs and a table generally on each floor close to the elevators and they are totally bare of decorations. That part makes it look like an institution. I've been in other retirement ...communities and they all have silk flowers, etc. and it really brightens up the place. It really needs it here. The tables in the dining room and activity rooms are pretty worn, too. We have new chairs which is great. When we first looked at Casa Del Rio, the dining room decorations were wonderful. The new wall decor and carpeting is 'different'. On a whole, we're very happy here and hope to stay for a good long time. Thank you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
