Worst Place to Live
July 11, 2023AC, Electric Stove and Dishwasher are all for looks they don’t work. They turn off the water all the time. Roach and bed bugs are a big problem here. Your assigned parking will not matter they will find a reason to tow your car. No guest parking and pool is always unavailable to swim in. They’re other apartments near by that are better than here. Good luck Management will try and hustle you when you leave. Request to inspect the unit before deposit. It’s your right.Review from Apartments.com

May 9, 2018I lived here in the 2014-2015 year lease and it was a nightmare. My neighbor was murdered on my stairs! my car was broken into, they didnt take anything but cds bc thats all i left in there, there were roaches, ants etc ALL. THE. TIME. all the manager cared about was making sure people didnt have pit bulls. which in that area YOU NEED A PIT BULL. also she came after me about my directv satellite. one day it was approved in the location, the next week it wasnt and i had to get it moved. so ...ridiculous. one day I found a bullet over my mail box, that was nice so i didnt get my mail anymore. crips and bloods live on opposite sides there and they do start fights with each other every week. cops are always there. On the off chance you decide to go grocery shopping at the local places beware b/c you might get shot or robbed there too. April 13, 2016Roach infestation, bed bugs, unprofessional management.We just moved out of these apts. Had to leave everything behind a neighbor that had gotten evicted left behind bed bugs. Horrible thing to deal with and management does nothing. Hot water is always getting turned off three days at a time due to circumstances out of their control but won't tell you why. horrible place to live
August 11, 2015It's always dirty....the pool never was open....the playground sucks.....all the other apts around here is way better.....people come around here n dig in the trash cans I come home from work and its so nasty....somebody had pooped on the side of the wall I told the office and they never got it up so I paid someone to get it up. Alot of shootings....fights inside apartments....even the manager got punch in her face and her car windows busted...the corporation sucks... I told them that when i ...moved in i never had no new carpet....my dishwasher never worked...and i had a big problem which the birds pooping on my patio....corporate did nothing....some ppl said they mail got stolen and even they're cars....mantience sucks as well.... no no no next time I move which I am now ima make sure I listen to people reviews......thumbs down down and down Don't move here unless you like this unprofessional building/staff....Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
