Love this place!
October 23, 2025I've been a resident for 4 years and I've seen so much transition throughout the years; however, the new team of Casa Mirella truly makes me feel like I am family and is doing their best to turn this property upwards! I've stopped by the leasing office to just grab coffee, and Daniel is always waving and making me feel welcomed! He has been contributing to the events and great energy into this community, and wouldn't mind staying another year!Property Manager Responded

My name Patrícia. I've been living in Mirella's house for 6 months
October 7, 2024The apartment is big and the space is good. But it has very bad management, the maintenance doesn't solve the problem with the appliances and in addition the furniture is old and they don't change it even when necessary, the reception is always open and they never clean the hallways of the apartments and we have problems with the garbage because sometimes they don't take it out.Review from Apartments.com
Ok but very pricey
February 3, 2023I have lived here about 3 years and they are slowing pricing everyone out. Rent went up over 500 this year and now they are back dating water and sewer they haven’t been charging us. The apartments are ok small basic refrigerators. It is in a good location close to Disney. Basically it’s your typical apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com

Much better places in the area
January 17, 2020They don’t care about the residents, just about receiving the rent MONEY. We have had robberies, cars broken into and a shooting in the last 12 months. The management doesn’t tell the residents... we have to hear it on the news/internet.Property Manager Responded

Love the upgrades!
October 6, 2015These apartments are really great! I love that the kitchens have wood laminate, dark cabinets, and granite counter tops. I also really love the design in the bathrooms! The livingroom and bedroom both came with ceiling fans instead of just hookups which I find to be amazing.. in the past, I've had to furnish those myself. Lastly, the patio is HUGE. Even in the one bedroom layout, the patio is really spacious. I was so impressed. And the staff has always been hugely helpful. Great apartments, a little pricey
September 10, 2015I've lived here for about a year and a half and I've really enjoyed living here! The staff/maintenance are really friendly, neighbors are nice, beautiful pool and they just built a dog park and playground! I also love the location because it's close to everything, including my job!
