Maintenance takes forever to get back to you. Everything is always breaking. It hasn't been the same since the Covid. The maintenance is slower in getting things done. And the grounds are getting a little bit more dirty. The appliances are not getting replaced or repaired. And if they are it's just with old appliances that are not in good shape themselves. Office staff are hard to get a hold of.
