AVOID AT ALL COSTS
January 10, 2023Once you sign the lease, management does a 180 on you. They become rude and unresponsive to problems. Located in a high crime area with lots of auto break ins. If you leave anything of value in your car, it will get stolen and you will have to replace the window. Bug infestation was never properly addressed. Charge a high deposit and do not expect any back when you vacate the premises regardless of how you left the unit.Review from Apartments.com

November 6, 2021My mom and I have been tenants at Casa Villa Luxury Apartment Homes (CVLAH) for many years. The name, speak volumes. The staff make you feel, “At Home.” It’s great to be known by name. They get to know you on a personal basis. At Casa Villa they are concerned about their lessees. Especially during the winter storm. Our needs were met promptly. Management provided residents with water. Without any hesitation. When my dining room flooded, I was given laminate flooring instead of carpet. The ...maintenance crew came and hooked up my washer and dryer, and made sure they worked properly. There are many reasons we selected to reside here. We like how management take pride in the up keep of our property; the fact that residences are offered 24-hour maintenance service; a gated premises with 24-hour surveillance; mandatory parking permits; and assigned paid parking is obtainable. Events are held on holidays; their very admit about us getting to know our neighbors. Management and staff are very active in the Woodhaven Community. Text messages and emails are sent out notifying residence of useful information; for instance, City Programs that benefit the public. Crime meetings are kept onsite. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!
November 21, 2020Hands down the WORST apartments to ever live in!! The management is HORRIBLE and outrageously inexperienced! Moved into a unit with clearly USED carpet! Trash dumpsters are always overfilled, low water pressure in the sinks and tubs and paper thin walls! I literally hear EVERYTHING that happens in other units! No real amenities other than a dog park that is ALWAYS covered in poop! Multiple units have burnt down with clearly no intentions of having them repaired. Don't move here, trust me! February 27, 2019I have been here since January and I like my apartment. It's cozy and warm given that it is an apartment and people live above and on the side of you. Anytime I had an issue it was taken care of (only had 2). I would tell people that I know about this place. It's also a good second chance place.Review from Apartments.com
Do not move here!
June 15, 2016DON'T DO IT. The office staff is very friendly and courteous and that's how they get you. First issue occurred day one, my door was broken and wouldn't lock, I figured hey, honest mistake,so I called they told me it would be fixed that same day. That was a LIE. It wasn't fixed until the next afternoon. So my move in was delayed. Next day or so when moving in heavy furniture I discovered one of the Steps leading to my apartment was broken. Took a week to get that fixed. About a month later my ...AC breaks down they come fix it quickly, good job. About two months into my lease my apartment door was kicked in broad daylight took until almost midnight for "emergency" maintenance to fix it. Thank God nothing was stolen. AC breaks down again.... a month later here i am again. I called 2pm the same day and was told twice someone was coming to fix it. Here i am more than 12hrs later with no AC.
