Not worth the luxury price
August 17, 2024Apartments are way overpriced, the stairwells are dirty, there’s no camera in the entrance and the management does not care about the tenants. It shouldn’t be a surprise that there are so many empty apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Rent Date Changed
December 6, 2022Beautiful apartment. Changed rent dates without notifying tenants and would not reimburse any late fees. Garbage disposal is .5 miles away. You have to put your trash in your car and drive it there. Have had mail packages stolen - they put all your packages in the main hallway where anyone can access it (no cameras). They charge $50 to use the workout center, $50 for any replacement keys.Review from Apartments.com

November 16, 2022Peaceful property! Loved living here. They do allow dogs, so there is dog poop. But it seems like management cracked down on people picking up after their dogs. Awful new management
August 23, 2022Luxury is not a work I would use for this apartment, just because it has granite counter tops means nothing lol. They tow cars for little to no reason have ridiculous terms in their leases and micromanage you to no end! Treadmill has been broken for 2 years, and the office house are 9-3 on weekdays don't expect any answers back for 2 days. Overpriced. June 24, 2022New management terrible! Guests have to park 1/4 mile away, constant emails, they tow visitor cars, look for violations constantly, new rules not in lease, fake inspections, Dog poop, little mowing, lots of pesticides, monster potholes, non working fountain, charges for every little thing with no recourse. If you have underground pass they yell if you park even for 10 Min in regular Lot. Also you’ll never get your security deposit back. Avoid at all costs. May 4, 2022Lived here for 3 years. The new management has run this place to the ground. Dog poop & garbage everywhere throughout property, thin walls so you constantly hear your neighbors, extremely drafty units during winter and summer, gym equipment has been broke for years, and on top of that I was not returned my security deposit. The BEST Apartment ever
March 23, 2021My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a year and it has been amazing. If it weren't for us buying a house, then we would not be leaving. This apartment is beautiful and clean! They also allow dogs as most apartments don't. That was a huge factor in choosing this apartment. If maintenance is ever needed, they will be there within the day or two. If you have any issues, Christie has been the greatest help in resolving those.
