Needs Work
December 2, 2025The newer units are actually pretty nice. The older buildings are in very poor condition and need rebuilt. They're infested with roaches but they push the responsibility onto the tenants, no matter how long you've been there. Only one pool was functioning and the laundry facilities were far from satisfactory. Casalon has lots of potential, but it's going to take a lot of work.Review from Apartments.com

July 31, 2023if you read this and continue to pursue this as an option and see how bad this place is please leave a review saying i told you so. Management is horrible apartments arent cleaned before new tenants. Soo much dust, mold, dryers not being hooked up correctly putting toxic fumes in the air of the apartment.Property Manager Responded

Terrible!
September 28, 2018Maintenance is awful. It takes them weeks to respond to any requests. Also the office staff has no clue how to run anything. Not worth the money.. take my advice and DO NOT move here.. My downstairs neighbor also had a case of mold in his closet.Property Manager Responded

Worst place I’ve ever lived
April 21, 2018Don’t waste your money! From bed bugs to roaches to maintenance people who either don’t care or are not trained. The unit upstairs flooded last year and I have a lot of water damage I called maintenance who painted over it. Domestic disputes and drug busts to surrounding neighbors routinely. Horrible place to live.
March 6, 2018My car was vandalized and nothing absolutely nothing was done about it, management even kicked one of the ppl out and they still live there, there is no respect for the safety of their tenants property or health....we have Brown recluse spiders...yes they spray but that doesn't keep them away....we have lots of mold they just spray killz, just an all around very bad experience here I absolutely do not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

Nice Staff - Good Location
July 13, 2016My wife and I have lived at Casalon Apartements for over 5 years. The Staff and Maintenance teams have always been there when we needed them. They have always treated me professioanlly and repsectfully. The maintenace team works hard to ensure any isues are taken care quickly and correctly. Like any apartment, neighbors can make or break you. We have been fortunate to have had good neighbors over the years we have been here. Casalon is ideally located, 2 minutes and you are on I70, 10-15 ...minutes from all the shopping you can imagine in OFallon, Wentsville, St Peters and Lake St Louis. Great place with lovely staffs
June 28, 2016Being me, I am a pro at procrastination. I had pretty much less than a week to find a place. Working crazy hours from 3pm to midnight everyday, my schedule was nowhere near organized. I called in a day before and talked to Kassanundra and she set up a viewing for me. I went in to see the place, she showed me the best floor plan to meet my expectation, and let me say, the place was beautiful. It was just perfect. She got all the papers together, we got the lease signed that day, and everything ...was Fast and Easy. She made copies of my lease agreement along with providing me contact info of the electric company I had to call, she even had the renter's insurance company give me a call (because of course I'll forget).
