Unprofessional/Rude/Disrespectful Customer Service
August 12, 2020I just called in to inquire to these apartments as a gentleman answered saying “Yes?”... with confusion I asked, I’m sorry I might be calling the wrong number, is this the Casas Del Lago apartments?... and the male said, “Yes, what do you need, I’m busy right now at a Doctors appointment?” I replied with okay I’m sorry I’m just calling the number that’s on the google search attached to these apartments and is there any other person available that I can speak to? The male said, “no just me,What do ...you want?” Out of shock I literally asked him I’m sorry but what is your position and name, he said, “I’m the owner operator without mentioning his name.” I said wow you are extremely rude and this is horrible customer service as I’m just trying to inquire, he then hung up on me. I literally wish I was lying about this story but I am not and I am completely shocked how this male when about this. I hope this never happens to anyone trying to inquire and I will forsure never refer anyone to this property due to this mans disrespect claiming to be the “owner.”Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
