Digusting, Poorly Managed and Maintained
March 27, 2021Drug use, sales and odors in and around the building. Property is unclean (dog poop, human urine, trash, broken glass inside and around buildings) and poorly maintained. Corporate does not address major issues. "Guest" recently set fire in stairwell during the middle of the night. Many residents could not hear fire alarms and only came out after Fire Fighters pounded on doors. Complex is assigned it's own Police Liason officer, that should tell you all you need to know.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2021Cascade has definitely went down hill. It’s pretty loud and there’s always drama. The cops are here lots of the time. There’s kids always running around being rude & disrespectful. No one really listens to the property manger rules, so things stay a mess.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Apartments
August 14, 2015These apartments are nice and I enjoy living here. There is a baseball field across the street so it's fun to enjoy summertime games and other activities. It's a quiet neighborhood and has always felt safe. The cons are that management is sometimes slow to get repairs done because there seem to be roadblocks by their corporate office getting approvals for things. But the manager is pleasant to work with and does a good job.Review from Apartments.com

Each unit has it's own washer/dryer, which makes laundry easy and also, you can entertain guests with your very own patio area. This is great for those who love to grill out regardless of the season!
