This place is disgusting! trash litters the halls, parking lot, and stairs. No matter how spotless you keep your apartment ants and flies seem to be a constant nuisance; the tenants are no better. They are questionable and it makes you nervous to go out at night. They leave garbage bags full of trash outside your doorway and cant mind there own business. While crib training my six month old my psychotic neighbors called the police (he was crying and didn't want to be put down for a nap) and they ...
(manager included) busted down my door without knocking or anything. Plot twist my son was already asleep when they arrived. You have no privacy and the children are allowed to roam the halls. On one occasion these poorly parented kids had taken buckets full of pool water and attempted to make a water slide down the carpeted stairs turning them into a over saturated spongy mess. There's graffiti on almost every door and hallway in this dump. The outside stair is completely covered in urine and the smell can drift through the hallway if the door is left open. People obviously don't know how a dumpster works either and continuously throw trash next to it for raccoons to tear apart and scatter throughout the premises. So, if your looking for a filthy zero privacy place to live this is the apartment for you!

Went to look at the property, didn't stay. The road to the parking lot had damage and it was hard to get in. When we were in the parking lot there were a lot of kids playing and that did concern me.
