Apartment burglarized

A true one star experience
April 28, 2021My wife and I moved to Cascade Ridge from Seattle a year ago hoping to find a quieter life away from the city. I am sorry to say that living at Cascade Ridge made that very hard to do. The property is poorly maintained. The trash situation is an expensive nightmare, there is dog poop everywhere, and the management is inconsistent and unresponsive. On top of all of this the management finds creative ways to burry you I tiny fees for services that are annoying and ineffective. My wife and I work ...from home and all day long have to hear the sound of leaf blowers that blow dust and leaves onto our patio and onto the walk way around our house, the management just installed ugly, bright red "firestopers"on top of our oven. My wife and I are so happy to be moving that day can not come soon enough.Property Manager Responded

Absolute trash
December 12, 2019This place is the single most poorly managed community I have ever encountered and seem to only exist to attempt to elicite as much money as they can from their residents. Maintenance requests are not followed through on. The apartments appear decent but are poorly maintained when you look past the facade. They're plagued by mold which management does nothing about. They will also enter your apartment seemingly every month for the most random reasons. You are forced to pay for a box for package ...delivery, you are not allowed to have items delivered to your door. You are forced to pay for them to pick up your trash. You are likewise forced to pay for a carport; they won't enforce it if someone parks in your spot of course. Parking is also impossible, so bring your walking shoes because you're gonna have a hike if you're trying to find a spot on the weekend. Simply put, this place deserves a zero. I would be interested to know what those who posted positive reviews were paid to do because I don't know anyone who lives here or has lived here that thinks highly of it. Just plain bad
November 2, 2019Nickle and dimed for everything and now I have to pay a fee for making payments online with a checking account? The manager is just plain awful and extremely rude. The new neighbors are ridiculous. So ready to leave. Too bad since I have been here longer than any of these fools and have always paid everything on time!!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
February 27, 2018lived here for just a little while and love it. Amazing staff in the office DeeDee and Angela helped me move in. The grounds are well kept and the clubhouse is always clean and tidy. The Gym is absolutely amazing. I love that we are given a car port for a small fee and that we don't have to walk our garbage out in the weather because of the Valet Living.Property Manager Responded

Always End up Going Back
July 26, 2015I have lived in these apartments 3 separate times. I absolutely love it here! The neighbors are usually very quiet, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments are great sizes. I've lived in a 2 BR/2 BA and a 1 BR/1BA and both of them were great! Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was acknowledged immediately and fixed in a very timely manner.
