Ongoing sprinkler/irrigation overspray and water intrusion issue at my rental housing since approximately May 2025. The sprinklers repeatedly overspray and cause water to come into my home, not just around the exterior. This has created persistent wet/damp conditions affecting my apartment and living environment.
