November 20, 2025I used to live here a few years ago but had to relocate for work. Now that I’m back in Oregon I came right back to this complex. It always was and still continues to be the cleanest and most communicative property I’ve lived. Sherri and her team are very personable and make me proud to call this place home. The complex runs fun community events and addresses problems IMMEDIATELY when they arrive. Never had any issues and would recommend this place to everyone.Review from Apartments.com
Muy mala administración
November 16, 2025I lived there for six years, but a very rude and despotic manager arrived and started imposing restrictions on everything. Many people began to leave. In my last year, about ten apartments became vacant. I do not recommend this property.Review from Apartments.com
Living here is a nightmare
June 5, 2021Been living at this complex for one month and it has been a nightmare. Walls are paper-thin to were if your neighbor flushes their toilet it sounds like a waterfall in your bedroom. If you have people above you, all you will hear is stomping around even if they are normal walking. I have people above me with a toddler and they let him run all the time. I have sent multiple complaints to the manager and they never respond. I finally got a response after saying I'm looking in to a legal way to ...break my lease for noise issues. This is a bad place unless you can get a top apartment, if not stay away. They also will rip you off with water, sewer and garbage fees. Update 6-4-21 Don't be fooled by the bogus reply they added to this. I tried to contact them and they never responded. I will be filing a small claims case on 6-7-21 to get out of this nightmare.
