Cascade Overlook is a nice property. I have lived on both sides. Most recently the mid-rise apartments. There is no microwave in the kitchen. On the garden side, we had a microwave. Why don't we have them in the middies apartments? That is a miss given the cost to live in these units. The carpet in the building needs attention, they are dirty. Someone should clean them regularly.

ground and weekends it piles up to overflowing. You need to find a better solution and get the piles of trash under control.
The previous units we lived in on the garden apartments - we could not park. Parking in front of the unit was nearly impossible because of the handicap spaces. When we moved in 3 years ago no one told us we couldn't park in front of our apartment. There were at least 4 group homes who use the handicap spaces. That information should have been disclosed to us before we moved in.
My last bit of feedback - it is difficult to get connected to the people in the office. When we transferred to the mid-rise apartments getting information required me to make more than 6 calls to answers to my questions. I sent emails, I called, I complained about the lack of responsiveness and still no communication. You can do better....
