So I moved in
July 14, 2023The apartments are beautiful. Hands down. And now here comes the rest. I believe when you see the glitter and glamour one tends to forget everything else. In my opinion the quality of the items in these expensive apartments aren’t up to par. BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE I HAVE.. is the fact that the bug inspectors were yelling inside of my apartment and scared me and my six year old daughter out of our sleep. Yessss and my daughter still mentions it because she was in her bed and heard a man yell out ...and they were inside my apartment. Yes they did notify me that they were exterminating on that day but I wasn’t made aware that they would enter the apartment without me opening the front door and letting them in. Bats Infestation in the Midrise Apartments
July 20, 2021The apartment was not cleaned well at all when I moved it other than new carpet that had been laid. There was literally hair left in the drain! I have never lived in an apartment that cost this much and they do not provide a microwave which I thought was odd. The kitchen cabinets are tiny! I purchased things to try to make the shelving more organized and none of the thing I purchased fit, that’s how small the kitchen cabinets are. The linen closet is soooo small, be prepared to buy something to ...put your towels in because there is no linen closet in the master bathroom. The faucet handles were very worn and dirty I am still waiting to get some new ones two months later! The shower doors and trim around it are simply gross and are in dire need of being replaced, you can see the dirt where the glass meets the metal where I can’t get to it to clean. The washer and dryer looks old af like it’s been around forever! Instead of just getting a new closet they sprayed the metal in the closet which got on my clothes! I am still waiting for that to be replaced! So the icing on the cake was when I woke up with a bat attacking me! I found out I had gotten bitten by the bat. They caught it and let it go, so I had to undergo rabies treatment and have had severe side effects from the treatment! I asked about moving to another location and I was laughed at by the property manager they told me I would have to pay a penalty to move to a sister location. My packages have been stolen over six times! The place is dirty all the time, the lobby needs to be remodeled or new furniture put in. There is nothing sleek or modern about this place. I liked the location, the elevator and the room sizes are really good. I can say the staff was nice. But this has truly been a hellish nightmare! People may ask why I am still here, but I have a herniated disc and it makes it hard for me to move and I work from home and just spent all that money to move! The first chance I get I want to get out of here! Absolutely not worth the money they are charging! It’s only worth about less than half of what I’m paying! Rent at your own risk! Don’t move there!
September 21, 2020There is no peace and quiet! The staff does not address any complaints! They schedule extremely loud landscaping at 7:30 in the morning which is extremely rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this place to anyone! There is loud music ALWAYS playing, all times of day and night. Outside and inside the buildings. Do not recommend
July 29, 2019Outdated interiors, outdated exterior, manual entry (instead of keyfob) into buildings, no ventilation in side in the buildings (very hot in summer/very cold in winter), if you're home after 5PM, no parking, street parking creates dangerous corners, trash accumulates to disgustingly high levels, can hear kids yelling/screaming in the street from inside your home. Don’t waste your money
June 12, 2018The security gate always broke the reason why I moved here was the gated community, leasing office told me the gate is only open until 7pm that’s a lie it’s open 24/7. Pay all that money in rent & they won’t even hire security to sit at the gate. the gym is small some of the equipment broke never can park in front of your building always have to park around the corner and walk to your building..these are basic apartments nothing luxury about themReview from Apartments.com

Cascades Overlook
October 11, 2015I moved to this location in the fall of 2014 and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of my stay, especially since this was my first time renting an apartment. When I first moved in, I was not given the option to view my unit prior to moving in. One of the representatives showed my roommate and I a model and told us that our unit would be a replica of the model we saw. It was not. All of the appliances were old and half of them did not work, requiring frequent calls to maintenance that ...come on an as needed basis. During the winter, since this location is located on a hill, the entrance to the complex was never plowed or salted. This was very unsafe and put a lot of residents in danger of sliding or being hit if they had to walk in the snow. During the summer, we were left without a/c in extremely hot weather for several days and there was a bird's nest in our kitchen vent. We were told by maintenance staff that the nest was about five feet long and they suctioned it out without sanitizing or replacing our vent. As a young adult that is working and going to school full-time, I found it extremely difficult to work with the leasing office staff. The misfortunate events that took place made it difficult to enjoy living here. The best interest of the residents in my opinion are not taken into account. The only thing that matters if it rent is being paid. I would not recommend moving to this location, especially if you are in school. September 10, 2015The rooms are spacious enough to fit any size furniture in it. The laundry room is sectioned off with a door. The view on the patio is beautiful. Not as advertised
August 29, 2015They say luxury apartment but once you move in the air conditioner don't work, it's not cable ready, metal strip on patio that could cut your child feet, maintenance eat chicken with hot sauce and leave bones, bottles etc. on ground.
