Ever since the new management took over, communication with the office has been good and the maintenance team Angel and kyle are amazing. They are very quick and efficient. June 26, 2025I've lived here a couple of weeks and overall it's been good so far. The community is quiet, and the apartments are nice. I haven’t needed maintenance yet, so I can’t speak to that process. The onboarding experience was a bit frustrating and seemed a little off.. getting clear answers was difficult, and I was passed between several people on different phone numbers. I eventually got help via email, though the communication wasn’t very friendly. That staff member is no longer with the company, so ...hopefully things have improved since. One downside is that the trash tends to pile up quickly. It looks like collection still happens once a week, but the dumpsters often overflow. They’ve added a dumpster to help, which is a good step, but there’s only one small 96-gallon recycling bin for several buildings. It doesn’t seem like recycling is really prioritized, which is disappointing. :-( Despite a few hiccups, I’m happy to call this place home so far!Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025It's happened on a couple of occasions where maintenance has agreed to be there at a certain day and time and then they don't show up or they've come and I've asked them if they could come back in about 10-15 minutes as I was on the phone and they don't return.Property Manager Responded
