February 24, 2026The 1st year living here was rough, management constantly changed & we couldn’t get replies when maintenance was needed, always getting rerouted to customer service which wasn’t based in WA. But things have improved drastically recently, maintenance is always prompt & we get replies back from the office pretty quickly! Also seems like some units have a quick turnaround with cleaning the surface areas as sufficient for unit turnover. Lacking the deep clean of a fresh start for new tenants.Property Manager Responded
