The 1st year living here was rough, management constantly changed & we couldn’t get replies when maintenance was needed, always getting rerouted to customer service which wasn’t based in WA. But things have improved drastically recently, maintenance is always prompt & we get replies back from the office pretty quickly! It’s a beautiful place to live, right by the bus stop & located conveniently near restaurants, groceries & convenience stores

The community and staff are amazing and wonderful friendly people. The units are a great size however has a weird layout at the entrance and living room. Also seems like some units have a quick turnaround with cleaning the surface areas as sufficient for unit turnover. Lacking the deep clean of a fresh start for new tenants.

Moved here just 2 months ago and so far everything is good. We love the fireplace the most. Gym is okay, I would like it even more if the timing was different. It’s only open from 9am-9pm.
