Loud and people drunk

False advertised amenities
February 6, 2019If you are looking for added security and peace of mind from the limited access community, keep searching. The complex can never seem to keep the gates functioning. At least once a month there is a problem with the functionality of a gate. One of the main gates was wide open for the entire month of January. After that was fixed, there is now another gate on the back side of the property that is completely missing. Maybe they should have invested in better hardware. Also lots of car thefts in the ...recent months. Management shrugged off the issue as if we are trying to fix the problem. If you cannot guarantee the limited access how about security on the property 24/7? Don't waste your money on false advertised amenities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015We've been in this apt. 2 yrs. and moved here when they were new. Although they are only 2yrs. old they look 20. The landcape is ovegrown in some areas with weeds everywhere you look and in other areas there is bare ground and deep holes. The walkways and breezeways and stairs are filthy and we were told they would be pressure washed periodically. If they tell us what year that would be we would buy tickets to see it. When we complain about the noise of the neighbors above ud and danger of ...children riding motor scooters on the lawn and sidewalks they just shrug it off.
