March 24, 2026So far, we’ve really happy with the ammenities of the community. Also, the staff have been really kind and helpful with the process. We were worried about the parking spots not being assigned, but we’ve seen that there’re a lot of spaces and it isn’t a problem to found space when we come back from our jobs.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2026Casero is a luxury and quite community. Apartments well design with useful living area. The community features a well equipped gym and a marvelous pool. There are also other amenities among them you can find 4 barbeques for the residents to use, small dog park, a must convenient dog spa, table tennis, Billiard and many other games. January 18, 2026I LOVE the community & the management/ maintenance workers! However, I had to give 1 less star due to REALLY bad neighbors and ALWAYS hearing their dogs (3 of them) bark so loud it sounds like i have dogs in my apartment MAJORITY of the night.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2026Overall, I’m happy with the move and the community. I’ve received amazing customer service from Talay as he’s very responsive and helpful. Some ongoing challenges include inconsistent internet/Wi-Fi quality, neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs, and the lack of bulk trash options.
