January 1, 2026Overall, I’m happy with the move and the community. I’ve received amazing customer service from Talay as he’s very responsive and helpful. Some ongoing challenges include inconsistent internet/Wi-Fi quality, neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs, and the lack of bulk trash options. December 24, 2025This is my first apartment where I've renewed my lease. Overall great apartment complex, residents are friendly and we've actually gotten to know some of them! The pool and amenities are super nice. Prices are little high but that's currently the trend in Miami. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their living situation without having to move to downtown/brickell area.Property Manager Responded

Better than some, but not good

December 12, 2025The reason for this rating. The people that have started to move in are not the same as before. Dog’s barking at all the time of day. People leaving cars in the middle of the parking, see that you need to pass and keep talking like if you weren’t there. This place has been changing not for the best.Property Manager Responded
