July 4, 2025I have seen the community change since I have moved in. The quality is not how it was before. They have the gate bar on the ground for over a year in the bushes. It’s already getting rusted for the water. The gates people go in and out of the exits. They steal packages. Hallways are dirty.Review from Apartments.com

April 16, 2025The Casero Apartments are the newest construction in the area but what brings the living experience down is the quality of some of the recent renters to the area. The marijuana smell is overwhelming and the upstairs neighbors constantly make noise even between 2-4 am but pretty much throughout the day so try to get the top floor if thinking of moving here. The management and maintenance staff are excellent and the apartments are very convenient to the Palmetto and 836. Overall, I feel these are ...the best apartments in the immediate area.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2024People in charge are getting very strict with some policies that weren’t there when I decided to move and live here. It’s getting ridiculous, and makes me want to move somewhere else where people are more flexible and understand how to live in these communities, specially since most of the people living in Miami are Latinos.Property Manager Responded
