Pros and Cons lived here for almost 3 years
November 3, 2016I will start with the good, its a quite safe, cheapest in the area, close to everything so the location is perfect. Community is really quite and not a lot of rif raf or unwanted visitors. The office staff is very nice, polite, and always accommodating. They try to keep up with property as much as they can. Whenever you have a maintenance problem or any other issue they attend to it immediately. There is a gym, and two pools and gated. The community is safety officer patrolled. The layout of the ...apartment is unique and bigger than most one bedrooms love the french doors. Now for the bad, when I first moved in the apartment was infested with roaches, the buildings are just old. The wall were literally falling apart and the place is prone to bugs getting in no matter how clean you keep it. If you live in the middle you will hear downstairs and upstairs neighbors all of the time. The gym equipment is terrible, treadmill is so bad if you work out on it regularly. The gate is broken 85% of the time as well as the trash compound. The pools are usually a little dirty from tree fallings. All in all the community is just old and nothing can change that. They really keep up with what they can but you get what you pay for. I wanted to move after the first year but nothing else is as cheap in the area. August 6, 2015The Millenium Cove apartments/Condos are located at an intersection that allow me to travel through four different exits, therefore, I have choices the make my travel shoter. Weather by car, bus or walking. Millennial Mall is my nearest mall, Holy Land Experience is my nearest park and a quick turn to the right on Conroy takes me to Universal Studios Orlando.
