I rate this as poor for the following reasons: Managment was very unprofessional when I was trying to move out and would not get back to me which then led me to have debt from them somehow when they gave me my deposit back. I wanted to move due to having a leak in my ceiling for over a year with multiple maintenance request, the 2 times it was fixed the Maintenace man kept flirting with me and any female friend I had over. The deposit they had me put down did not cover all the costs of them ...
"cleaning" my apartment. They charged me for carpet cleaning twice which was about $150 and then decided to replace the carpet which was about $450. But mind you my dog is well behaved and had never gone potty in the house a day in his life even as a puppy. When trying to move out or contact them at any point during my stay they did not answer the phone, nor did they call me back when I would leave voicemails. They did however contact me 2 weeks after my move out date which lead me to owe them money. They also do not clean the oven appliances, they simply replace them which is $100 or more, and I was told they always just replace them every move out, but I never cooked as I worked in the food industry, yet they still replaced them when they were supposedly brand new?

I have lived here for almost a yeah and there are things that still need fixed and have yet to be fixed. They have many hidden charges and don’t come and fix things. I needed a new dishwasher and it took 4 months to get a new one and install it and the installation took all day.

Very awesome management and matnence crew. My lock broke on a sunday when the office was closed I was lucky enough to run into a manager and they helped me solve it. They are also very friendly! Made my bad day so much better!

Hidden fees
July 12, 2017
Beware of this apartment complex. They charge you a consignment fee when you're even a day late. They charge $75 for a late charge and $10 a day late fees. When told they will refund your late fees this doesn't include the consignment fee. So since you owe more than $100 they send u a three day eviction notice for which your also charged $25 for because u thought all the fees were refunded u also accumulate the $10 a day. Easy to owe them lots of money when ur late just one time. Plus I've ...
lived there for 7 mo and things that needed to be fixed in my apartment are still not fixed. And yes they were aware of these before I moved in cuz they told me a contracted would come and fix the issues. If I could give them less than a star i would. I'm not the only one who has this problem either.

The Casper village apartments are okay apartments, good for a first home away from your parents house. The facility is kept nicely, grass is always trimmed but I never hear a lawnmower, courtyard is kept clean, Rent is decent, utilities are good, management is very helpful and understanding. I do not plan on spending forever here.
