The apartments lack of proper maintenance. There are multiple signs if wear and damage to many parta of the apartmenta. Management response and empathy is terrible.

The leasing office communication and maintenance team is poor. They do not communicate effectively. I don’t see the point of putting a work order when they don’t leave any notes or updates. When I try to escalate the work order they don’t read it. Everyone just seems to brush things off and act like they don’t care.

We love the community and our apartment as soon as soon as we looked inside we immediately knew it was home. Office staff and manager are very friendly and have helped us out in no words can express how greatful we are to them they have great communication aswell. Maitnance is on point they are quick with their work also friendly and also great communicators they do not miss when things need to get done and will ask if there was anything else they possibly had missed and would get right to it. ...
Great community aswell you see children playing outside it's nice and quiet everyone is in their own world. I have a one year old and he loves running around the house and looking out into the patio and even when he got in the way of Maitnance and I would grab him away, they are family oriented people and understood and had no problem. We really appreciate and are glad to be staying at Castilian apartments.

Apartment need upgraded , facet and utilities outdated roach infested and safty concerns, toilet clogs both of them and gates missing poles other community tenants go through fence all sorts of time of the day.
