July 29, 2024I am a new resident at Castilian Apartments moving from out of state. I chose this community after visiting a dozen different communities in the area. I was impressed with the leasing agent I met with that weekend. Brandon was professional and knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was also impressed by the fact that the community even had someone in the office on a Saturday. Many of the places I looked at did not have anyone available for a Saturday showing. Flying in from out of state to do my search ...on a weekend did not leave much time but I had made some appointments with other communities and had some lockbox combinations from some who did not have anyone in the office on Saturday. Brandon was one of the best leasing agents I met that day. My lease started on 01-Jul-24 but I was not in town again until a week later. Again, Brandon made me feel at home and gave me everything I needed to access my apartment and begin to settle in. After seeing my apartment for the first time, I had more questions. I went back to the office and Brandon was kind enough to introduce me to the manager, Amanda. I had seen Amanda's lunch just being delivered and I assumed I would need to wait to actually speak to her until after she ate. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that lunch could wait. I shared a few concerns with her and, while we were talking, she was texting maintenance and the cleaning crew to address my concerns. In very short order Efrain from maintenance was at my apartment patiently allowing me to show him the things I was concerned about. He immediately started working on these things. Then the cleaning crew came in and did a wonderful job of addressing the things I brought to Amanda's attention. Amanda also scheduled the exterminator to visit my apartment just to give me peace of mind. I could not be happier so far with the level of professionalism and customer service I have received from everyone at Castilian. Good customer service is hard to find these days and these individuals have restored my faith that there are still good people who do care and want to do the very best for their customers. I definitely chose the right community when I decided to live at Castilian Apartments. Thank you.Property Manager Responded
